Registration & Publicity : EVA CHANDER
In charge of :
1. creating and updating the google registration form,
2. collating the registration data and fees,
3. attending to queries at info@scienceexplorers.sg inbox.
Program Director : MELANIE NEAULT
In charge of :
1. Creating the award categories and the rubrics for submission,
2. Creating the judging criteria,
3. Inviting judges,
4. Communicating the final results on the FB event page.
Content Creation Help for Submission : COLIN ONG
In charge of :
1. Helping any child with their content creation if he/she needs help. Colin will not do your child’s work for you but he will suggest good tips e.g. using cool video apps.
2. Suggest how the family can work together using their skills.

Website & Publicity : IRA SOPHIA
In charge of :
1. Maintaining the website if any help is needed.
2. Making sure the information across the teams are updated on this page if needed.
3. Make sure the videos are uploaded and listed on the website under the correct category after the event.
Science Fair Director : JONNANSICAL BOO
In charge of :
1. Direction of the Homeschool Science Fair,
2. Overseeing the team,
3. Make sure everyone has a good time participating!
Publicity : All
In charge of :
1. Running FB event for the Homeschool Science Fair 2020, including updating the information, and making sure there is content.
2. Ensuring all submissions for Homeschool Science Fair 2020 is uploaded with clear writing so that people know whose work it is, and what the work is about.
3. Ensuring stakeholders like the rest of the team members are added or have permissions to post.
4. Create banners or publicity materials where required.
What is special this year :
This year because of COVID, our programme will be totally run online. We will collect submissions of videos from participating children that will be showcased on the FB event jointly hosted with Homeschool Singapore. We will be giving awards to encourage the children and have a variety of categories!
It is the launch of the Science Explorers website! We will be uploading the videos to the website after the homeschool science fair 2020.
